The Role As a Junior Consultant you will be supporting the delivery of consulting services focused on customer and business transformation, which contribute to business development activities and the continued growth. Key responsibilities: • Assist in business development activities including research, preparation of presentations, and proposals., • Collaborate as part of cross‑functional delivery teams to address client needs, supporting colleagues at all levels., • Participate in the design, facilitation, and documentation of workshops., • Contribute to project tasks such as requirements gathering, data analysis, process mapping, synthesis, and solution design., • Support the maintenance of accessible and well‑structured project documentation and reporting., • Support the creation of reusable assets, collateral, and research for the Business Consulting practice., • Participate in internal and external knowledge‑sharing activities to foster an inclusive learning culture. Your Profile Essential skills/knowledge/experience: • Experience supporting transformation programmes or technology‑enabled projects (e.g., CRM, eCommerce, digital)., • Experience in roles such as project manager, product owner/manager, analyst, strategist, business designer, or customer‑success specialist., • Familiarity with - or willingness to learn - tools and techniques such as Customer Journey Mapping or Target Operating Models (training provided)., • Basic understanding of business process mapping and requirements gathering. Skills including problem solving, research, analysis, and solution design are all considered relevant and transferable., • Interest in service‑design methodologies, digital transformation, AI solutions, technology adoption, and change management., • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to grow presentation and facilitation capabilities., • Ability to navigate ambiguity with a positive, adaptable, and proactive mindset., • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trusted working relationships in team environments., • Bachelor’s degree in business, design, humanities, or a related field—or equivalent experience and learning gained through alternative pathways., • Experience in consulting, agencies, internships, apprenticeships, or volunteer roles that demonstrate relevant skills is welcomed.
