Supervisor We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality... from cocktail masters to those who thrive from delighting customer or if youre just crazy about beer. Our growing business is the perfect opportunity to progress within the industry with a tailored in house development programme as well as clear and structed roles and responsibilities. For us are expectations are that a supervisor can run quieter mid week shifts alongside of our amazing team and support managers within the buzzing weekend shifts. A bubbly personality is key for this role as well as minimum 6 months as a supervisor in an adjacent career pathway or pubs specifically. Whether you plan to progress into assistant manager deputy and beyond or if your passion lays solely as a supervisor this exciting oppurtinity allows for development wherever your passion should be. We are open to full time or part time supervisor roles however will require key shift working for a minimum of 2 shifts a week. It may only be July but we are already planning for the festive period with the expectation that all management team - supervisors included - work throughout Christmas.
