About you: We are recruiting for a highly talented and experienced Assistant Head Sommelier to join our Team. As an Assistant Head Sommelier, you would have an eye for detail and be passionate and highly knowledgeable on wines. Ensure that you provide excellent and consistent service that is in line with our standards. You will go beyond and above the call of duty to ensure that every guest receives a lasting and memorable experience. Responsibilities: ·Possessing thorough knowledge of wines and London’s restaurant industry ·Assisting the Head Sommelier with the Wine List ·Continuously educating and training the restaurant Team to enhance their wine knowledge ·Delivering all aspects of the guest experience according to our standards ·Assist with performing stock takes ·Assist with producing financial reports ·Collaborate with the culinary Team to create wine pairing menus ·Stay updated on industry trends and new wine release ·Guest Service: Take orders, provide recommendations, and offer excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every guest ·Assist the Head Sommelier with reviewing wine revenue, cost and latest wine trends, to devise well-informed adjustments to our wine sales and buying strategy ·The above is not an exhaustive list of duties.     We are seeking a confident and commercially minded Reception coordinator to join our clinic. This role is front facing and sales supportive, combining excellent client care with proactive outbound calling. You will be the first point of contact for clients in clinic and for new enquiries, playing a key role in converting leads into booked consultations and treatments. This is not a passive desk role. You must be comfortable picking up the phone, following up warm leads, handling objections, and confidently discussing our treatments and offers. Manage appointment bookings and optimise the clinic schedule to ensure smooth operations and efficiency. Respond to emails promptly and professionally, handling client and internal enquiries efficiently. Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer services. Responsable for gathering client feedback on their experience and book their next service. Maintaining all data documentation for treatments, services, products for clients and client's files up to date and organised. Monitor stock levels, ensuring adequate supplies are maintained, and uphold high standards of clinic cleanliness. Handle payments to the clinic by card, cash; keep record of financial transactions. Keep the reception and your whole department area clean and tidy. Assist with social media and monthly promotions. Assist with additional duties as needed to support the clinic team. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a front of house.

The Role We’re looking for a skilled and reliable General Maintenance Operative to join our dedicated team. In this hands-on role, you’ll help us keep our properties in excellent condition, ensuring homes are safe, welcoming, and ready for new tenants. From responsive repairs to preparing properties for occupancy, you’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards for our residents. The ideal candidate must be highly trained as a carpenter. What You’ll Do • Carry out a wide range of maintenance tasks: plumbing, plastering, decorating, tiling, basic electrics, and more., • Inspect properties regularly, identifying and resolving issues quickly., • Prepare vacant (void) properties so they’re move-in ready for new tenants., • Respond to emergency repairs as part of an on-call rota (evenings/weekends)., • Liaise with external contractors when specialist work is needed, ensuring quality., • Support colleagues in maintaining communal and shared spaces., • Record all work digitally using a smartphone/tablet and CRM system., • At least 3 years’ experience in general maintenance or multi-trade roles (experience in social housing or HMOs is ideal)., • Broad trade skills across plumbing, plastering, decorating, tiling, carpentry, and electrics.
