Role Purpose The Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of all marketing, communications, and brand activity across United Autosports. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer, Commercial Team, and wider colleagues, the Marketing Executive ensures that all tactical marketing activity — pre-event, on-event, and post-event — is delivered to the highest standard. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires creativity, organisational excellence, and the ability to juggle multiple projects across a complex stakeholder group. Key Responsibilities (non-exhaustive) Event Marketing Delivery Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for all race weekends, testing, and promotional events. Ensure that on-event branding, hospitality, and sponsor commitments are delivered to the agreed standard. Support on content capture, photography, and videography as needed. Digital & Content Marketing Support in managing social media channels, delivering engaging content in line with the brand voice and schedule. Draft and publish news stories, website updates, and press releases as required. Liaise with Graphic Designer to deliver visual content, including digital and printed assets. Commercial Support Assist in fulfilling sponsor obligations, including brand placement, activation, and reporting. Provide support in producing presentations, reports, and collateral for commercial partners. Brand & Communications Uphold United Autosports’ brand standards across all touchpoints. Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring tone and style are consistent. Support in producing marketing materials such as brochures, merchandise, and hospitality collateral. Operational Delivery Provide practical support at events including set-up, logistics, and guest liaison. Maintain marketing databases, content libraries, and image/video archives. Work with the wider team to ensure smooth cross-functional delivery. Experience & Competencies Previous experience in marketing (motorsport, automotive, sports, or events preferred). Background in agency and/or motorsport within a similar role strongly preferred. Strong copywriting and communication skills. Proficiency in digital platforms (social media, CMS, email marketing). High organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Creative, adaptable, and resilient in high-pressure environments. Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours.
