Role Overview We are seeking a technically adept Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) specialist to shape the future of sustainable innovation. This role blends scientific rigour with strategic thinking, delivering impact evaluations across pioneering products and services while supporting clients in shaping regenerative pathways. You will operate at the interface of biotechnology, systems thinking, and consultancy, ensuring measurable impact through advanced methodologies. Role responsibilities and requirements • Lead development of lifecycle and systemic impact methodologies, integrating environmental, social, and economic metrics., • Deliver advanced LCA projects using tools such as GaBi, openLCA, or SimaPro., • Collaborate cross-functionally to validate models and inform strategic innovation cycles., • Guide clients on net-zero strategies, impact reporting, and compliance alignment., • Support business development activities, including proposals and client presentations. Key skills and qualities • Degree in sustainability, environmental sciences, or equivalent experience., • 5+ years’ experience executing complex LCAs, ideally in a consultancy., • Strong command of ISO 14040 standards and major LCA software., • Proven ability to translate technical concepts for executive-level audiences., • Strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills., • Passion for systemic sustainability and regenerative innovation.
