About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to the Principalship to provide executive-level administrative support to our senior leadership team. This is a key role within the college, requiring professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage sensitive information confidentially. Key Responsibilities Provide efficient administrative and executive support to the Principalship team. Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate events. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy. Communicate effectively on behalf of senior leaders, both internally and externally. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced educational environment . About You The successful candidate will be: Experienced in a PA, Executive Assistant, or senior administrative role , ideally within education or supporting senior executives. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other administrative systems. A confident communicator, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills. Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively. Flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Why Join Oldham College?
