Duties • Serve ice cream and related products to customers in a courteous and professional manner, • Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation, • Take customer orders accurately, process payments, and handle cash or card transactions efficiently, • Assist with upselling additional products or promotions to enhance sales, • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the serving area, adhering to food safety standards, • Deliver orders promptly within designated local areas, ensuring timely service for customers, • Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently, • Ensure all food safety regulations are followed diligently during food preparation and serving processes Experience • Previous experience in food preparation, serving, or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential as training will be provided, • Familiarity with food safety practices and basic maths skills for handling transactions is advantageous, • Kitchen or culinary experience can be beneficial in understanding food handling procedures, • Strong time management skills are necessary to handle busy service periods effectively, • Experience in upselling or promoting menu items can help maximise sales opportunities This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about customer service and culinary arts to gain valuable experience in a lively setting.
