1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant / Support Staff Opportunities – Aylesbury Primary, Secondary, and Special Needs Schools in and around Aylesbury Supply Desk, in partnership with Buckinghamshire Council, is currently recruiting passionate and dedicated 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistants to support students in schools across Aylesbury and the surrounding areas. About the Role We are looking for caring, motivated, and reliable individuals who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people. In this role, you will work one-to-one with pupils who require additional support due to special educational needs. Your support will help them engage in learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential in the classroom. You may support students with needs such as: Autism (ASC) ADHD Dyslexia Learning difficulties Social, emotional, and behavioural needs (SEMH) Whether you already have experience supporting children with SEN or you are looking to start your career in education, our consultants will work closely with you to place you in schools in Aylesbury and nearby communities that match your skills and availability.
