Wild Is Earth Kombucha is looking for a chef/individual with catering experience interested in fermentation and fungi to prepare a unique small menu for its monthly dinner events catering for up to 20 people. Dishes will involve fermentation at its heart, experimenting with all things fermented and fungi, including kombucha. Wild Is Earth Kombucha microbrewery is based in Kentish Town, London and was officially launched on 25th May 2024 with the aim to also act as a creative, cultural and educational platform. This position is a casual hours agreement at £14 p/h depending on experience and with possibility for growth. Hoping for someone who is able to confidently experiment with new ideas and tastes and have fun creating a healthy but tasty menu with the aim to use organic, plant based, whole food ingredients while emphasising on gut health and zero waste.
