Key Responsibilities as aBusiness Mobile Product & Propositions Lead: Product Strategy & Innovation • Lead the development of mobile propositions from concept to market., • Deliver innovations based on customer market and technology insights., • Define target markets personas and customer problem/solution statements., • Create compelling sales enablement materials and agile minimum viable propositions., • Manage new product introductions vendor evaluations and portfolio maintenance., • Oversee the sunsetting and retirement of outdated products., • Define service architecture including APIs SLAs and technical documentation., • Ensure security sustainability and compliance standards are met., • Monitor KPIs including revenue margin pipeline growth and roadmap delivery., • Use data-driven insights to refine propositions and improve outcomes., • Build strong relationships with vendors and integrators., • Align strategies with Divisional MD and Board-level stakeholders. Essential Experience & Skills • 4 years in a product management role ideally in mobile or telecoms., • Deep understanding of UK business mobile cloud and security markets., • Proven success in vendor management and go-to-market execution., • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking., • Experience with public sector and third-sector organisations., • Familiarity with mobile applications SaaS integration and mobile device management., • Product Lifecycle & Roadmap Development, • Mobile Network & Device Expertise, • Customer Insight & Persona Development, • Business Case & Financial Modelling, • Vendor & Partnership Management, • Technical Documentation & Service Design, • Agile Project Management & Prioritisation, • Marketing Strategy & Sales Enablement, • Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring, • 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) plus your entitlement will increase by one day for each full calendar year you are employed up to a maximum of five days., • Annual pay reviews., • Holiday buy scheme., • All-company bonus scheme., • Death in service cover., • Employee assistance programme., • Company pension., • Active social calendar.
