The Role This Growth Associate position is designed for someone who wants to sit close to the engine room of a scaling ecommerce business. You’ll play a key role in identifying, testing, and scaling new revenue opportunities, particularly across marketplaces and alternative sales channels. Working directly with a senior growth leader, you’ll take responsibility for long-term initiatives that have the potential to materially shift revenue performance. Rather than maintaining existing channels, your focus will be on what’s next — whether that’s entering untapped markets, trialing new platforms, or building internal capabilities that give the business an edge. The role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is excited by the challenge of turning loose ideas into measurable commercial outcomes. This is an office-based role (4 days per week) in central London. Key Responsibilities • Identify and launch new marketplace and platform opportunities, • Take ownership of high-potential growth initiatives from research through to execution, • Investigate emerging tools, technologies, and services that can unlock incremental revenue, • Lead exploratory projects that could create long-term strategic advantage, • Test, iterate, and scale ideas quickly using a data-led approach, • Contribute directly to revenue growth across international markets What the Client Would Like to See • A strong commercial instinct and comfort working towards clear growth targets, • Someone who naturally looks ahead and anticipates future opportunities, • Evidence of proactive idea generation and rapid experimentation, • A genuine interest in how ecommerce, marketplaces, and consumer behaviour are evolving, • Practical experience applying AI or automation to solve problems or drive results What We Would Like to See • Experience launching or scaling a channel, product, or marketplace from scratch, • Exposure to ecommerce or digital-first consumer brands, • Examples of projects where you’ve driven tangible revenue impact, • Confidence operating in fast-moving, low-structure environments, • A bias toward action, ownership, and continuous learning Location: London Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + benefits Start Date: ASAP At Harmonic, we are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace.
