The ideal candidate will have:\n\nProven people management and hospitality experience.\n\t\nExperience leading a team in a venue of high volume.\n\t\nAbility to understand guest’s needs.\n\t\nDesire to deliver and exceed guest expectations.\n\t\nAbility to lead and coach a team.\n\t\nGood organisation and communication skills.\n\t\nAbility to adapt depending on the level of trade.\n\t\nDesire to learn, adapt and improve performance through feedback and self-development.\n\t\nAbility to communicate effectively with all departments.\n\t\nExcellent financial acumen.\n\nKey responsibilities:\n\nYou’ll be responsible for driving sales, leading the team, and making sure every guest has a fantastic experience. Some other key responsibilities include:\n\nLead, motivate and develop a team that focuses on the needs of the guest.\n\t\nOversee daily operations, recruitment, and overall site performance.\n\t\nHandle guest feedback professionally and proactively.\n\t\nFollow all health and safety guidelines and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe working environment.\n\t\nDrive sales through promotions, events, and memorable guest experiences.\n\t\nMaintain high standards of service, food and drink quality, cleanliness and compliance.\n\t\nOversee induction and training processes in your site.\n\nIf you are a proud, people focused Manager who will commit to professionally deliver our ‘Nobody Does It Better’ service and standards, whilst caring about every single one of our team members, then we would love to hear from you
