SDR / Sales Executive – PropTech / Connectivity Manchester : Hybrid £30,000–£40,000 base + double OTE We’re working with an exciting, fast-growing technology business operating at the intersection of Connectivity, Network Infrastructure and the commercial property environment. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious SDR / Sales Executive to join a high-growth organisation where you’ll have real exposure to senior stakeholders, complex deals, and a clear progression path into a broader Business Development role. The Role You’ll play a key role in driving new business by: • Identifying and researching target clients and markets, • Generating outbound leads via email, LinkedIn, phone and networking, • Qualifying inbound enquiries and booking discovery meetings, • Working closely with senior sales and delivery teams to convert opportunities, • Managing CRM activity and maintaining a healthy pipeline, • Building long-term relationships with prospective clients What We’re Looking For • 2–3 years’ experience in an SDR / BDR or sales-focused role, • Experience selling Connectivity, Broadband, LAN/WAN, Managed Services ideal!, • Comfortable speaking with new people and building rapport quickly, • Commercially minded, target-driven and well organised, • An interest in technology, infrastructure, PropTech or digital services, • Experience in ISP / MSP / PropTech environments is highly desirable Why Join? • Competitive base salary with uncapped commission (double OTE), • Clear progression into a full Business Development / Account role, • Exposure to cutting-edge projects and major commercial environments, • Supportive, collaborative team with strong leadership, • Hybrid working and genuine flexibility If you’re looking for a role where you can develop fast, earn well, and be part of a business that’s genuinely scaling, this is well worth a conversation.
