About the role Trustpair is looking for a Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our US team and take ownership of a portfolio of our largest, most complex, and most strategic enterprise customers in North America. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the accounts payable process for Splice and its subsidiaries. Your primary responsibilities will include coding and processing invoices received through Zendesk and our AP inbox, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. You will also verify that agreements are in order before processing invoices, maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
