Job Description Job Title: Concur A/P Specialist Job Description The Concur A/P Specialist supports the employee expense and corporate credit card programs by managing system access, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely and compliant processing of requests. This role focuses on administering Concur expense management, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to process improvements that enhance both user experience and operational efficiency in a fully remote environment. Responsibilities • Set up new users for Out-of-Pocket (OOP) employee expense reports within Concur, ensuring accurate and timely configuration., • Process requests through the FreshDesk ticketing system, verifying that all submissions are complete, properly approved by appropriate team leaders, and resolved within established service level agreements., • Provide clear and professional communication to employees regarding the status and resolution of their requests., • Support the maintenance and accuracy of employee records and workflows related to expense and corporate credit card systems., • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT teams to resolve access, system, or policy-related issues., • Assist with audits and reporting related to credit card usage, workflow assignments, and provisioning compliance., • Monitor and track data in reports to ensure adherence to corporate credit card and expense management policies., • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance user experience and operational efficiency within expense and card program administration., • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or administrative support roles involving system access or provisioning., • Hands-on experience with Concur expense management systems., • Familiarity with corporate credit card policies and expense management processes., • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy., • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manage reports and track data effectively., • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment., • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear information to employees., • Experience with Workday is strongly preferred., • Background in roles that involve system provisioning, workflow assignments, or access management., • Experience working with ticketing systems such as FreshDesk or similar platforms. This position operates in a 100% remote work environment, offering flexibility to perform all responsibilities from a home office or another suitable remote location. Work is primarily computer-based, using systems such as Concur, Microsoft Excel, FreshDesk, and other finance and HR tools. The role involves regular virtual collaboration with Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT teams, and requires comfort working independently in a deadline-driven setting. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Montville, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
