What We Are Looking For: We are seeking a Learning Design Specialist to lead the creation of innovative digital learning solutions while ensuring operational excellence within CONAM’s training ecosystem. This role is responsible for designing, producing, publishing, and continuously improving eLearning content that enhances associate performance and supports CONAM’s operational standards. The position requires strategic collaboration with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams, strong visual design expertise, and management of Grace Hill and 3rd-party training platforms, including billing and utilization oversight. This position will be at located at our CalCoast Corporate Office / Phoenix, AZ 85016 (Regional Office). This is a full-time position with full benefits. Annual Salary Range : $80,000-$90,000 Duties and Responsibilities: Content Development & Instructional Design • Design, develop, and deliver engaging digital learning experiences using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, and other media-production tools., • Translate SOPs, operational workflows, and software processes into interactive modules, videos, simulations, job aids, and blended learning programs., • Apply adult learning principles, accessibility standards, and design best practices to create measurable learning outcomes., • Conduct usability testing, incorporate feedback, and continuously refine training content for quality, accuracy, and learner experience., • Maintain a scalable asset library including branded templates, graphics, multimedia, and reusable content components., • Manage Grace Hill and internal LMS functions, including course creation, SCORM upload/testing, catalog structure, assignments, and reporting., • Support training launch planning, scheduling, and release cycles including communication and rollout support., • Collaborate with IT/vendors to troubleshoot system issues, test new features, and ensure reliable performance., • Monitor mandatory training compliance, onboarding pathways, curriculum versioning, and data integrity in learning systems., • Generate compliance dashboards and training status reporting for operational leadership., • Oversee Grace Hill and 3rd-party training licensing, subscription utilization, and contract renewals., • Work with operations, legal, and department leaders to ensure training content reflects current SOPs, legal requirements, and company initiatives., • Act as a creative partner to subject matter experts throughout development cycles., • Assist in corporate-wide training pilots, implementations, and enhancements. Who You Are: (Requirements of the Position) • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in instructional design, multimedia learning, or education technology., • 3+ years experience developing corporate eLearning and multimedia content., • 5-8 years leadership development courses preferred, • Advanced skills in Articulate 360, Photoshop, Canva; additional Adobe apps or audio/video editing preferred., • Strong ability to convert operational knowledge into simplified instructional formats., • Excellent visual design, writing, and editing skills with high attention to quality and detail., • Proficient in Microsoft Office and LMS administration., • Strong collaboration, communication, and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment., • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and handle sensitive training and compliance content., • Demonstrated proactive problem-solving and critical-thinking skills., • Highly resourceful team-player who can also work independently with minimal supervision. Pay Bands: Pay bands are established based on geographic location, internal equity, market conditions, and candidate qualifications.
