Job Description DEL-AIR Heating, Air Conditioning, Electrical, and Plumbing is the largest Residential HVAC Company in Central Florida. We are a rapidly growing industry leader with several locations serving Central Florida - Clermont, Davenport, Tampa, Jacksonville, Volusia, Melbourne, Vero Beach, Sanford (headquarters), and Sarasota. Primary Responsibilities: The Lead Electrician is responsible for maintaining electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings. Specific Duties & Tasks: • Installs, maintains, and repairs electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems., • Review electrical blueprints to identify wiring circuits., • Inspects electrical components including transformers and circuit breakers., • Coordinates with team members to install light fixtures and other items., • Uses a variety of industry-specific tools to perform their tasks, including ammeters, voltmeters, thermal scanners, and cable testers., • Identifies electrical wires accurately., • Maintain a clean and organized job site and truck., • Maintain accurate invoices, records, and notes.
