Ring the order into the computer immediately after finishing the conservation with the guest., • Communicate with Private Bar attendant throughout the day with any rooms that have checked out., • Monitor HOTSOS, Traces in Opera, and Guest Arrivals., • Place the handwritten order, the check, and the pick-up card in the check presenter for the server., • If timing allows assist in preparing the order and anything that will increase the efficiency of the expedition of the server’s deliveries of the orders, amenities, and any other needs for the In Room Dining Team., • Follow the order procedures for all amenities, coordinate all deliveries, and ensure tracking slips are filled out for any amenity over $50., • Communicate any discrepancies to supervisor who will follow up with the department/person., • Coordinate orders and communicate well with servers to ensure timely service., • Staple the order forms to the computer slips and drop them at the end of the shift according to accounting procedures., • If a guest calls down to have a tray picked up, quote the guest time for pick-up accurately within a 10 min window +/- 5 minutes of quoted pick up time., • Side work is done according to posted assignments; assist servers with side work during down time., • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that enables getting along with guests, vendors, co-workers, and management., • Desk is to be organized, neat and clean at all times. Accurately performs data entry and documents necessary information specific to patient’s insurance plan., • Chart Prep – Review charts daily 1 day out for referrals from physicians, authorizations/benefit verification, ensure needed medical records are pulled and ready daily. Reminder phone calls to patients for follow up or missing paperwork if needed. Push paperwork to patients via Phreesia., • Billing – Serves as a liaison between the patient and the billing department as needed to address patient’s financial concerns or issues. Presents and explains financial responsibility to patients according to the verification of insurance benefits provided by the billing department. Provides available options for payment arrangements as appropriate. Assists patients and their families with completing financial documents when appropriate., • Financial – Accurately collects and enters copay/coinsurance payments for services delivered and performs daily payment reconciliation in a timely and accurate manner. Balances cash drawer at the beginning and end of the day and prepares daily bank deposit with necessary paperwork scanned to the billing department., • Appointment Scheduling – Responsible for accurately scheduling patient’s appointments including multiple OB appointments, in office procedures, routine and other appointments. Assists with reschedule needs due to provider out of office, urgent needs and office needs., • Understands and abides by all HIPAA regulations., • Willingness to communicate with clinical staff, billing staff and providers as needed., • Phones – Handles incoming and outgoing phone calls to support centralized scheduling as needed to ensure excellent customer service. Acts as a resource to all providers in order to provide optimal patient care., • Observant and attentive to patient needs throughout the common areas., • Assist with FMLA and disability paperwork; scan and task to clinical staff, obtain payment and call for patient pick up., • Warm transfer of all patient phone calls to different departments., • Basic document scanning to patient charts., • Daily maintenance of Phreesia triangles., • Check the front reception area and restrooms hourly., • Maintain a professional appearance; scrubs clean and wrinkle free, name tag and appropriate footwear worn at all times. Pay Range: $20-$21 hourly About the team and position The Safe and Secure Operations Center Associate role is part of a 24/7 security team that analyzes and reports on risks to the company including facility intrusion, natural disasters, terrorism/crime, civil unrest, workplace violence, and other risks. In this role, you will monitor cctv, access control, and alarm systems for Carvana sites nationwide, operate 24/7 emergency phone lines and triage calls from site contacts, and support on-site Safe and Secure Associates in responding to incidents. You will utilize software to recognize incidents that may place the company's sites, employees, or brand at risk, analyze the potential impact to the business, and escalate appropriately. What you'll be doing • Deliver exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers., • Support everything related to our Safe and Secure technology., • Become proficient with a variety of tools ranging from enterprise video and access control systems and alarm monitoring platforms to various business intelligence sources and internal collaborative tools., • Answering routine and emergency calls, monitoring alarms and video equipment including video alarms, door alarms, and duress alarms, and providing general assistance to employees, vendors, and guests., • Utilize the physical security systems to detect, analyze and alert others regarding any condition impacting Carvana employees, assets, or business., • Select an appropriate course of action utilizing defined protocols to reduce risk and uncertainty and to create optimal outcomes., • Provide physical security data and information that allows Safe and Secure managers to assess risk and structure policies and procedures to ensure the best physical security., • Respond to life safety incidents (medical, safety, natural disasters, etc.) and dispatch Safe and Secure Associates, facilities, police, fire, and EMS personnel as required via telephone, and/or software systems., • Process requests in a timely manner to ensure desired service levels and compliance requirements are met. Ensure adherence to specific Service Level Agreements., • Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships., • Maintain regular and predictable attendance in alignment with departmental/divisional policy., • Maintain various records of communications and events., • Evaluate incidents that may impact employees, venues, or offices and escalate accordingly to Safe and Secure management and subsequently to other business units as necessary., • The Operations Center Associate communicates and disseminates information, using established communication vehicles, to key partners using best practices.
