As a Soldering Assembler you will: Builds cable and wire harnesses, box assemblies, kits, and other products from start to finish while working under indirect supervision Follows work orders, instructions, and sample assemblies to complete tasks Performs tasks such as labeling, cutting wires, crimping, soldering, assembling parts, packaging, and testing for quality Work with variety of different cables such as round, shielded, flat, and coax cable. Utilize traditional and non-traditional tools such as cable strippers, cable cutters, crimp tools, heat guns, pliers, screwdrivers, and more) Assist in the QMS and the commitment for continuous improvement May be assigned other duties as needed This is a Full-Time Temp-to-Hire Opportunity The ideal candidate must have: 1-2 years experience in electro- mechanical assembly Soldering and electrical experience High School Diploma or equivalent manufacturing work related Knowledge IPC 610/ 620, J-STD-001 certification preferred Must have good hand/eye coordination and the ability to use microscopes Able to read and interpret blueprint, schematics, electrical drawings, etc. Ability to use hand tools- long nose pliers, side cutter, and soldering iron. Must be able to distinguish colors Ability to compute measurements accurately Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM Pay Rate: $21 - $25 per hour, DOE *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
