Balances coin machine and prepares coin shipments., • Maintains vault combinations., • Meets and exceeds personal performance goals and contributes to branch, and Credit Union goals., • Meets and consults with members or prospects to identify needs and offers appropriate products/services to help them achieve their financial objectives., • Builds a relationship with our members by managing a book of business through outbound calls, member resolution calls and sales leads calls., • Responsible for opening and maintaining membership accounts in accordance with policies and procedures., • Provides and assists with Call Center support as needed., • Provides assistance to other departments and branches as required., • Participates in credit union promotions and community events., • Responsible for maintaining compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local rules and regulations, and following all GLCU policies, procedures and internal controls., • All other duties as assigned. Job Description Universal Banker -- Western Suburbs Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (In office) Must be available on Saturdays -9:00 am -1:00 pm SUMMARY Responsible for providing superior service to our customers, handling their Teller and Personal Banking transactions in an accurate timely manner. Services customers’ financial needs in order to maintain and develop profitable customer relationships with the Branch/Bank. UBI role will provide assistance on the Teller line by maintaining a cash drawer and servicing customers approximately 80% of the time. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Sells or participates in the selling of bank products and services following established guidelines and procedures. Job Description United Community Bank is in search of a Teller Supervisor. This position supervises teller activities, staff development, training and scheduling; maintains records of vault and teller cash balances and the overall daily activities of the teller staff. Job Description HEAD TELLER Head Teller for a rapidly expanding community bank. Ideal candidate will be a high school graduate/GED with 12 months of retail banking supervisory experience. Job responsibilities: • This position is responsible for implementing existing policies, procedures and systems involving cashiering operations, customer service functions and security procedures., • Coordinates, directs, assigns and evaluates work of Teller staff., • Answers Teller questions, handles complex transactions and problems, and oversees balancing., • Responsible for smooth flow of Teller lines, optimal window coverage, and general training and supervision of Teller staff., • This position oversees provision of a full range of services to existing and prospective customers., • Ensures customers are promptly and professionally served. This person handles difficult customer situations when needed., • Acts as a Teller when necessary and actively cross sells Bank services. Keeps branch management informed of area activities.
