Job Summary: Bartenders are in charge of their section behind the bar as well as on the floor.

BASIC FUNCTION: The Bartender will serve drinks and food at the bar.

As a Bernard's Bartender, you would be responsible for preparing beverages and serving beverages and/or food to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Ability to work individually and under leadership of senior bartender in a fast pace, private bar environment providing excellent service to VIP clientele.
