Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs): ●4 years of progressive experience in security operations, protective services, and/or event security management.●Bachelor's degree preferred.●Demonstrated ability to manage both day-to-day security operations and high-profile special events.●Direct experience conducting security assessments, managing access control, and coordinating emergency response.●Proven executive protection and special event security experience (law enforcement, military, or private sector background preferred).●Familiarity with security technology platforms (access control, cameras, visitor management, mass notification, travel safety).●Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to brief senior executives clearly and concisely.●Certified in First Aid/CPR/AED (preferred) and trained in emergency preparedness.●Demonstrated ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive under stress.●High ethical standards, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.●Commitment to PPFA’s mission, values, and principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
