Job Description About the Role We’re hiring an Account Manager to be the day-to-day point of contact for several of our key customers. We don’t require a specific degree — the right energy, attention to detail, and customer instinct matter more than what’s on your resume. • High energy and a strong work ethic — you like being busy and like being on the move., • Exceptional attention to detail — a wrong dimension or misspelled name is a real problem in our world, and you naturally double-check., • Excellent communicator — clear, friendly, and professional in person, on the phone, and in writing., • Strong listener — able to hear what a customer actually needs (not just what they ask for) and translate it into a workable plan., • Service-oriented — takes pride in delivering at a high level and following through on commitments., • Comfortable in the field and in the shop — driving to client sites, walking properties, talking to production staff., • Organized — can juggle multiple jobs and accounts without losing track of details., • Curious about print, signage, and design — wants to learn the craft
