About Our Client: Our client is a nationwide manufacturer with a location in Franklin, TN. They are seeking an experienced, bilingual HR Generalist to support their local HR operations. Job Description: The HR Generalist will play a key role in delivering HR support to employees and leadership at the local level. Responsibilities span recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, benefits coordination, and performance management. This is a fully onsite position with a strong emphasis on employee relations and cultural fit. Key Responsibilities: • Lead pre-hire and onboarding processes, including day-one coordination, • Maintain employee records and ensure documentation accuracy (E-Verify, background checks), • Support recruiting efforts including job postings, offers, and agency communication, • Schedule benefits enrollment and manage leave of absence processes, • Coordinate employee engagement events and wellness activities, • Act as primary HR contact for diverse workforce, offering coaching and support, • Partner with local leadership on performance management and employee concerns, • Manage full life cycle HR processes (hires, transfers, promotions, terminations), • Conduct investigations and recommend disciplinary actions as needed, • Provide compliance guidance and training on employment laws and internal policies, • Roll out HR initiatives and programs from Corporate HR, • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred, • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required, • 4+ years of HR generalist or HR support experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution, • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills, • Fully onsite role, • Business casual environment, • Reports to Director of HR Operations, • Bonus eligible after conversion (10%), • Opportunities to shape and improve HR processes, • Collaborative team culture focused on inclusion and engagement #Admin1
