Responsibilities: • Accurately process and review customer orders to ensure all details are correct., • Organize and maintain thorough records and documentation related to order processing., • Verify order details and promptly address any discrepancies or errors., • Input data into company systems with precision and efficiency., • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline workflows and resolve any issues., • Monitor and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of orders., • Provide excellent customer service when handling inquiries related to orders., • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and reporting., • Perform calculations and validate accuracy when processing orders., • Scan and file documents systematically for easy accessibility., • Demonstrated attention to detail and strong analytical skills., • Proficiency in data entry and the ability to work accurately under deadlines., • Skilled in customer service and detail-oriented email correspondence., • Competence in using Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting., • Ability to perform calculations and work with numerical data., • Experience in organizing files and maintaining systematic records., • Familiarity with scanning and typing tasks., • Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
