Job Description Marketing Coordinator MassMutual Pittsburgh – Downtown Pittsburgh (Onsite) MassMutual Pittsburgh is looking for a sharp, energetic, detail-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is central to our firm’s growth and visibility. You’ll partner closely with firm leadership—including our Managing Partner, Sales Managers, recruiting team, and financial advisors—to shape and execute a unified marketing strategy. You’ll also collaborate with community organizations, media partners, and vendors to extend our brand beyond our walls. Why MassMutual Pittsburgh? What You’ll Do • Partner with firm leadership to develop and execute the firmwide marketing strategy, • Train, coach, and support sales professionals in creating and implementing their own marketing plans, • Strengthen, monitor, and evolve the firm’s brand presence, • Serve as an internal consultant on marketing, communications, social media, and practice positioning, • Design, establish and distribute performance measures for agency marketing programs. Track progress on a regular basis and recommend changes as necessary to improve results, • Create compelling marketing and advertising materials, • Support the rollout of corporate marketing initiatives, • Stay current on emerging marketing tools, trends, and best practices, • Manage the firm’s website and social media channels, • Maintain accurate, compliant sales support materials and resources, • Create, design, and distribute internal communications, • Plan and manage firm events, trade shows, conferences, and client experiences What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree in marketing (minimum) and at least 3 years of relevant experience, • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities, • Sharp attention to detail—nothing gets past you, • Demonstrated experience using social media strategically for brand and business growth Who We Are At MassMutual Pittsburgh, we strive to set the standard for leadership and service in our region.
