Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and standards Set up and stock workstations with necessary ingredients and supplies Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner during service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work area Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, and marinating Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the kitchen supervisor Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations Properly store food items and label them according to regulations Requirements: Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role preferred Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Food handler certification is a plus Preferred Qualifications: Culinary school training or equivalent experience Familiarity with various cuisines and cooking styles Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Work Environment: Fast-paced kitchen setting Exposure to heat, sharp tools, and kitchen equipment Standing for long periods and frequent movement 2-3 Vacancy
