POSITION: Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDPT) REPORTS TO: Director of Evergreen Manor PRIMARY FUNCTION: Provides counseling and case management in long term residential program licensed in mental health and substance use disorders, providing integrated holistic care to mothers that leads to long-term recovery as well as positive parenting for healthy families. CLASSIFICATION: Hourly, non-exempt position, with some after hours and weekend work. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Carries out a variety of tasks for women in a long-term residential treatment program serving pregnant and parenting women with diagnosed substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
