Job Description: Copia is seeking a Sr. Manager, High Voltage Engineering. This role provides technical leadership and project execution oversight across utility-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) projects, battery energy storage systems (BESS), combustion turbine plants, and load-served data center campus developments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-voltage (HV) engineering decisions are consistently aligned, managing engineering consultants and contractors, and driving creative solutions for substations and interconnection facilities. The Sr. Manager, High Voltage Engineering will report directly to the Director, High Voltage Engineering.
