Job Details Job Details: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, solution-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of commercial plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role involves extensive collaboration with other professionals in the construction industry, so strong communication skills are a must. Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of commercial plumbing/HVAC projects from initial planning to completion., • Review contracts and negotiate terms to ensure optimal outcomes for the company., • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met., • Manage project budgets, providing regular updates to senior management., • Collaborate with other professionals in the construction industry, including architects, engineers, and contractors., • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant regulations and standards., • Proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact project timelines or budgets., • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns they may have., • Continually monitor the quality of work being carried out, taking corrective action as necessary., • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the construction industry., • Projects from 50k to 25k+ million, • Proven track record of successfully managing commercial plumbing projects., • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems or HVAC systems., • Demonstrated ability to review and negotiate contracts., • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously., • Strong budget management skills., • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders., • Solid understanding of construction management principles., • Proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving., • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment., • Strong commitment to workplace safety. Job DescriptionSalary: 30-35 Foreman at DeCook Landscaping is responsible for overseeing landscape installation, maintenance, and project completion. This role involves managing a crew, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards, and maintaining equipment and safety protocols. This is a full-time seasonal position. Responsibilities • Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in daily tasks, • Read and interpret landscape blueprints, plans, and project specifications, • Coordinate the installation of softscape (plants, sod, trees) and hardscape (pavers, retaining walls, irrigation systems), • Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment, • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies, • Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to deadlines., • Communicate with clients, contractors, and management regarding project updates, • Train and mentor crew members to improve efficiency and skill level, • Handle materials ordering and inventory management, • Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues that arise, • Track and record all job expenses and hours worked accurately for each job Requirements: • 4+ years of landscape experience, with leadership and supervisory experience preferred, • Familiar with landscape construction, plant care, irrigation systems, and equipment operation, • Strong problem solving and communication skills, • Valid drivers license & CDL Physical Demands: • Work with hand tools, power tools, small engine and heavy equipment, • Lift a minimum of 50lbs repeatedly through an entire work shift, • Work in a fast-paced work environment, • Work outdoors in various weather conditions performing manual labor, • Flexible working hours including occasional weekend work and overnight as needed for snow removal Benefits: • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, • PTO / Paid Holidays, • 401k Retirement Plan with Company Match, • Annual boot/clothing coupon after first year, • Overtime during season (typical work week 50+ hours), • Med Card reimbursement program
