About the Role We are seeking an Internal Operations & Technology Project Manager — a hands-on, systems-minded professional who can coordinate projects across facilities, infrastructure, and technology to ensure every Madison Medical location operates seamlessly. This role blends project management, vendor coordination, facilities oversight, and IT systems implementation. You will be central to expansions, renovations, technology rollouts, and infrastructure standardization across multiple medical offices. This is not a static role. It is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys improving workflows, and sees technology as a partner in operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Project & Operations Management • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across multiple medical office locations, including renovations, expansions, and new site openings, • Manage project timelines, budgets, procurement, and deliverables from planning through completion, • Serve as the primary point of contact between leadership, vendors, contractors, and internal teams, • Manage delivery and installation of materials, furniture, and equipment, • Track dependencies across facilities, IT, and operations to ensure alignment, • Develop project documentation, status updates, and SOPs Facilities & Construction Coordination • Partner with contractors, electricians, cabling teams, and architects to ensure buildouts meet healthcare, ADA, and safety standards, • Oversee installation of infrastructure including network cabling, security systems, access control, AV, and smart building features, • Manage on-site logistics, daily contractor activity, and delivery schedules Coordinate setup, rollout, and maintenance of systems including: • Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive), • Network and Wi-Fi infrastructure, • VOIP phone systems (RingCentral or similar), • Manage IT, telecom, and security vendors, • Ensure proper installation, configuration, and documentation of systems, • Support integration of systems and workflows across multiple sites, • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve communication, and reduce costs, • Standardize infrastructure, IT, and facility practices, • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilots) to work smarter, • Follow automated workflows and documented systems, • Learn new tools as our organization evolves, • Think critically and validate AI outputs Participation is.
