Job DescriptionJim Riehl's Friendly Cadillac is looking for an administrative assistant, must be computer savvy, organized, personable, good communication skills, and able to ask questions and follow instruction. You will have some customer interaction but mainly working hand in hand with management. You will be responsible for taking in and grounding off lease vehicles, driving off lease vehicles to nearby storage lot, helping let the used car department know of nice off lease vehicles to purchase for inventory and getting the vehicle purchase prices from the bank. Other major responsibilities include working closely with Cadillac sales manager to report vehicle deliveries to Cadillac, pull deals for Cadillac when needed, do some secretary of state work, and help Cadillac sales with other various tasks that come up. You will also be doing some reception and cashier work when needed. This is about a 40 hour per week job with some overtime availability. Pay starts at $9.50 per hour but has bonus based off lease return purchases by used car department. Overtime could become available regularly depending on business traffic and extended hours when needed or fill in opportunity for other employees on Saturday's for cashiering and receptionist. Work day hours are from 9-6 Monday thru Friday and potentially 9-8 Monday and Thursday's only if needed and potentially Saturday if needed or wanted.
