Main purpose of the Senior Financial Analyst role: We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who can wear multiple hats and make a real impact across finance. This role blends FP&A, accounting, reporting, and analysis, giving you the chance to dig into numbers, build models, create insights, and partner with leadership to drive decisions. Major Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Support the development and management of budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans, including data validation, scenario modeling, and variance analysis, • Build and maintain robust financial models that help leadership make informed decisions, • Analyze financial and operational results and provide actionable feedback to business partners, • Prepare clear, executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and the Board, • Assist with accounting activities, including general ledger integrity, month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement review, • Ensure management reporting aligns with GAAP-based financials and overall corporate standards, • Support retail and e-commerce performance reporting, including sales, margin, labor, and cost analysis, • Analyze and model growth initiatives to inform investment and expansion decisions, • Participate in ad-hoc analysis and strategic projects as business needs evolve, • Communicate complex financial information in a clear, concise way to non-finance leaders, • Help improve processes and tools to make reporting, forecasting, and modeling To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: • 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, Big 4 public accounting, consulting, or investment banking, • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, • Strong Excel skills — formulas, pivot tables, charts, and building models from scratch, • Proven ability to analyze, model, and interpret financial data, providing recommendations to leadership, • Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and business drivers, • Strong attention to detail with a bias for accuracy and high-quality output, • Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting financial information to leaders, • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work independently when needed, • Experience supporting retail or e-commerce businesses, including modeling expansion opportunities like new stores, • Exposure to financial reporting or analysis for special projects or growth initiatives, • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP, Great Plains, or Management Reporter, • SQL or data querying experience A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision. For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $90,000 to $100,000.
