Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, support, and enhance enterprise software solutions aligned with business goals, • Lead ServiceNow development including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and platform customization, • Develop and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations, • Perform debugging, object modeling, and UI customization within the ServiceNow platform, • Independently resolve complex technical issues and proactively address technical debt, • Ensure software stability, scalability, security, and performance, • Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, product managers, and business leaders to deliver high-quality solutions, • Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural and technical discussions, • Promote best practices in coding standards, testing methodologies, and DevOps processes, • Participate in Agile-based project delivery including Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall environments Required Skills and Qualifications: • Strong hands-on experience developing within the ServiceNow platform, • Proficiency in JavaScript and platform scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer, • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and API development, • Solid understanding of software development patterns and enterprise architecture principles, • Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise-level applications, • Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, or MongoDB, • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, • Experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub, JIRA, or similar platforms, • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams Desired Attributes: • Experience with additional programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or PowerShell, • Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue.js, or Blazor, • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and modern web technologies, • Experience with testing methodologies such as TDD or BDD, • Proven ability to mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment, • Self-starter capable of working independently while contributing to team success Why choose Addison IT? • Pay: We negotiate high salaries using U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, • Benefits & Bonuses: You are eligible for medical, dental, vision insurance benefits, 401K, and monetary bonuses, • Permanent Employment: Many of Addison’s job openings lead to potential permanent employment, • Connections: You connect directly with hiring managers from renowned organizations, • Options: You are presented with multiple employment options near your home, • Professional Development: You are provided hiring process advice, resume revision, and employment term negotiation Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
