Key Responsibilities\n\n • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients’ mental health needs, crafting personalized and effective treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.\n, • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing various methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches to address diverse mental health issues.\n, • Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and integrated care approach, enhancing the overall effectiveness of treatment.\n, • Provide crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress, demonstrating compassion and expertise in handling urgent situations effectively.\n, • Participate in community outreach programs and educational initiatives aimed at raising mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with mental health issues.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\n We serve a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who represent a variety of ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n\n • Possession of an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).\n, • A completed master's degree or equivalent in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.\n, • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and foster therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.\n, • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to ensure efficient management of caseloads and timely documentation.\n, • Cultural sensitivity and competence to effectively engage with individuals from various ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds.\nPreferred Experience\n\n, • Experience working in community mental health settings or agencies, particularly with diverse populations.\n, • Knowledge of telehealth systems and best practices in delivering virtual therapy sessions.\n, • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and case management.\n, • Demonstrated involvement in mental health advocacy or community outreach initiatives.\nCompensation and Benefits\n Our competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year is commensurate with experience and credentials.
