RESPONSIBILITIES: • Works in all areas of maintaining the buildings, grounds and equipment of the Villages and other One Family Illinois sites, including but not limited to working with electrical, plumbing, painting, removing/adding flooring and carpentry needs, including responsible for working with tools, ladders, and maintenance supplies as needed to complete the tasks.
