Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Hands On Training Supportive and Fun Team Environment Responsibilities • Meet and exceed new business production goals and objectives., • Proactively solicit new business via phone calls, networking, and other lead sources., • Develop insurance quotes, deliver strong presentations, and close sales., • Build and maintain networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc., • Secure all required trailing documents from clients. Requirements • WA Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)., • Experience in sales, customer service, or commission-based roles strongly preferred., • Dependable, reliable, and consistent with attendance., • Coachable, resourceful, and eager to grow., • Positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Strong self-starter with urgency and follow-through., • Ability to build relationships from a cold start., • Previous insurance sales experience preferred but not required.
