The Franchise Program Agent (Real Property Agent III) is a senior level position within the Real Estate Services Section, Property Control unit and is responsible for administering right of way franchise agreements, including moderately complex negotiations of utility franchise agreements and franchise compensation. This person will work closely with the franchise program Real Property Agent IV to plan work, develop and document the program and procedures, monitor schedules and budgets, and report various aspects of the program. The position also requires close coordination with other County agencies. Our ideal applicant will have direct experience negotiating utility franchise agreements or experience with commercial or government real estate and leases. Who are we?
