Job Description Heather Properties is a small, fast-growing real estate company focused on helping everyday families become homeowners through rent-to-own and creative financing pathways. We’re creative, local, and building something that can scale from dozens of homes to hundreds. We’re looking for a Growth & Operations Lead who wants to help build this with us. What You’ll Do This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role. On any given day, you might: • Work directly with customers – especially Spanish-speaking families – to explain our programs, answer questions, and guide them through the process., • Coordinate deals from lead to close: inquiries, applications, inspection scheduling, offer paperwork, customer education, and closings., • Jump in after-hours when needed – especially evenings and weekends when offers are being written or negotiated on properties., • Keep the numbers accurate:, • Maintain up-to-date records of property values, loan balances, rents, and payments in our books, • Track who has paid, what’s outstanding, and flag issues early, • Help reconcile property-level cash flows so we always know where we stand, • Support growth operations:, • Follow up on online leads and referrals, • Track which neighborhoods, partners, and channels are working best, • Help document and refine our processes so we can scale from 50 doors to 200+ Who You Are • Entrepreneurial operator. You enjoy figuring things out, not just following a script., • Spanish + English bilingual (or near-fluent) – comfortable translating conversations and documents for Spanish-speaking customers., • Customer-focused. You can talk comfortably with families who are nervous about money, credit, and home buying., • Numbers-comfortable. You’re not an accountant, but you’re comfortable in spreadsheets, tracking balances, and making sure the books are accurate., • Organized and reliable. You can track lots of moving parts without dropping the ball., • Minnesota real estate license (Realtor) or strong interest in getting one., • Competitive base salary for the Twin Cities market, aligned with experience and licensing., • Performance-based bonus tied to deals closed, portfolio growth, and operational results., • 50% work from home/remote, • Equity / Phantom Equity:, • Meaningful equity-like upside tied to company performance., • If we hit our growth and valuation targets, there is potential for significant upside at an eventual exit (sale, recap, or similar event).
