Position Summary We are seeking a self-motivated, client-focused Real Estate Agent to join our team. You will assist buyers, sellers, and investors through all phases of real estate transactions — from lead generation and listing to closing. The ideal agent is driven, understands the local market, values excellent customer service, and is committed to growing their business and reputation in the South Florida real estate scene. Key Responsibilities * Prospect, generate, and follow up on leads via networking, referrals, open houses, digital marketing, social media, and other channels. * Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and financial goals; help them evaluate properties and neighborhoods. * List properties: prepare comparable market analyses, advise on pricing, suggest staging and improvements, and plan marketing strategies. * Create compelling property marketing materials (photos, virtual tours, video walk-throughs, MLS listing content, print & digital advertising). * Guide clients through negotiations, purchase/sale contracts, inspections, appraisals, financing, and closing process. * Maintain knowledge of local market trends, zoning, financing options, legal/regulatory requirements, and real estate best practices. * Collaborate closely with other agents, administrative staff, and service providers (inspectors, contractors, photographers) to ensure smooth transaction flow. * Build and maintain a strong client base — include post-closing follow-ups, referrals, and reputation building. * Use CRM and other tools to track leads, schedule showings, manage listings, and monitor pipeline. * Maintain professional licensing and required continuing education credentials. Qualifications * Valid Florida Real Estate License (or willing & able to obtain one). * Prior real estate sales experience is a plus, especially in the South Florida residential market. * Strong knowledge of local neighborhoods, market dynamics, pricing trends, and legal/contractual processes. * Excellent sales, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal). * Digital marketing savvy: comfort with social media, digital advertising, virtual tours, photography, video content. * Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset; able to work independently with minimal supervision. * Organized and detail-oriented; able to juggle multiple clients / listings simultaneously while maintaining high service quality. * Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to property sites and client meetings. Working Conditions * Mix of office work (administration, marketing) and field work (property showings, open houses, client meetings). * Flexible hours: evenings, weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules. * Some technology tools and marketing support will be provided. * The real estate market can be competitive and fast-paced; agents must manage unpredictability in schedule and income.
