Job Description Title: Marketing Operations Coordinator (Digital Ads + Operations) In-Office | Los Angeles (Near Burbank Airport) Apply through this ad only. < < < About the Role : We’re looking for a hands-on, get-it-done operator who can manage digital advertising and jump into day-to-day business operations when needed. This is not a traditional marketing role—and not a typical executive assistant role either. You’ll own and optimize our Google Ads, Meta, and Amazon campaigns, while also supporting key areas of the business like order entry, shipping, and internal projects. Some tasks are “set and optimize,” which means you’ll also have time to step in and help wherever needed. If you like variety, solving problems, and staying busy—this role is for you. Compensation & Schedule : • $70,000 – $80,000 salary (depending on experience), • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(k), • 2 weeks vacation, • Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (in-office only) About Us : We’re a fast-moving promotional products company with a fun product line and a strong focus on customer service and quality. We Value : • Reliability and accountability, • Efficiency and continuous improvement, • Being helpful, proactive, and easy to work with What You’ll Do : Digital Marketing (Primary Focus) • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta campaigns, • Monitor performance, test changes, and improve results, • Assist with Amazon (FBA + ads) management, • Upload and maintain customer lists for campaigns, • Help explore new channels (e.g., TikTok) Operations & Business Support • Step in to support order entry, shipping, and sales teams when needed, • Assist with FBA shipments and logistics coordination, • Check shipment data (dimensions, accuracy, etc.), • Update internal systems to improve accuracy and efficiency, • Help create and improve SOPs and processes General Projects (Varies) • Work directly with the CEO on various initiatives, • Research products, vendors, and pricing, • Assist at occasional tradeshows (Las Vegas, etc.), • Help with reporting, Excel analysis, and data cleanup, • Pitch in wherever needed (this is a team-first role) What We’re Looking For : • Experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads (hands-on, not just theory), • Comfortable working independently and making adjustments without constant direction, • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables required), • Fast and accurate typing, • Experience with UPS/FedEx shipping is a big plus, • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a plus You Might Be a Fit If You Are : • A self-starter who doesn’t like sitting idle, • Detail-oriented and organized, • Comfortable juggling different types of work, • Calm under pressure and solution-focused, • A quick learner who adapts fast, • Someone who sees what needs to be done—and does it Important Note : This is a hybrid role that combines marketing, operations, and general business support.
