Job Description Job Title: Test Systems Technical & Execution Leads (Level IV) – Cleared Location: Tucson, AZ (100% Onsite) Program: Effectors Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) Work Schedule: 9/80 (Every other Friday off) Security Clearance: Active Secret (Required to Start) Citizenship: U.S. Citizen Total Openings: 8 Pay: Up to $83/hr ROLE 1 – Principal Test Systems Technical Lead Engineer (ENG04) • Openings: 3, • Experience Required: 8+ years or 5+ years with Advanced STEM degree, • Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering (Electrical, Systems, Mechanical, Software, or related STEM discipline), • Core Focus: Technical leadership and execution oversight for test systems supporting production and tactical programs, • Key Skills & Tools:, • Test systems design, integration, verification, and validation, • Hardware and software development in engineering or production environments, • System-level troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance, • Leadership of multi-discipline engineering teams, • Requirements definition, scope management, and technical documentation, • Responsibilities:, • Serve as the technical lead for program execution and milestone delivery, • Communicate directly with Program Management and Integrated Product Teams, • Define and allocate work across engineering disciplines, • Oversee design, build, and integration of test system hardware and software, • Present project status, risks, and technical data to leadership teams, • Attend and contribute to Change Control Boards (CCBs) and Failure Review Boards (FRBs), • Provide guidance, training, and direction to engineering staff, • Travel up to 20% for development or system delivery support ROLE 2 – Principal Test Systems Test Execution Lead (ENG04) • Openings: 5, • Experience Required: 8+ years or 5+ years with Advanced STEM degree, • Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering (Electrical, Systems, Mechanical, Software, or related STEM discipline), • Core Focus: Project and program execution leadership for test systems, including Earned Value Management and cross-functional coordination, • Key Skills & Tools:, • Program and project management (EVMS, IMS, IMP, EAC), • Test systems development and production support, • Hardware/software integration, verification, and validation, • Budgeting, scheduling, and cost control, • Proposal and contract management (BOE, BCR, SOW), • Cross-functional leadership across electrical, software, and mechanical teams, • Responsibilities:, • Direct and manage test execution teams across multiple engineering functions, • Oversee project delivery from design through production and sustainment, • Manage performance metrics, risk mitigation, and resource allocation, • Coordinate with finance, planning, and program management for EVMS compliance, • Generate proposals, budgets, schedules, and cost estimates, • Develop and present technical and performance reports to leadership, • Support transition from development to production test systems Common Requirements (Both Roles) • Active Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship required, • Onsite in Tucson, AZ (no remote option), • 8+ years’ experience in test systems engineering, integration, or project leadership, • Strong background in hardware/software test systems and multi-discipline coordination, • Experience leading teams through full product life cycle (development to production), • Excellent technical writing, presentation, and communication skills, • Ability to manage cost, schedule, and technical performance simultaneously
