In this role, you’ll lead client engagements involving complex tax structures, manage and mentor a talented tax team, and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. You’ll play a key role in shaping the firm’s continued growth and evolution — while enjoying a supportive, balanced work environment. There is also a clear path to Partnership down the line if that is of interest. What You’ll Do • Manage and review complex corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns, • Provide proactive tax planning and strategic guidance to clients with intricate financial and business structures, • Oversee and mentor a team of tax professionals, promoting growth and technical excellence, • Collaborate with firm partners on client strategy, new opportunities, and process improvements, • Stay current on tax law changes and communicate implications to clients and staff What We’re Looking For • CPA license required, • 7+ years of progressive tax experience within public accounting, • Strong technical expertise with complex and multi-entity returns, • Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills, • A proactive mindset with a passion for developing others and driving firm success Why Join Us We are a well established leading Mid-Size CPA firm in Orlando FL that’s built around sustainability for its clients and for its people.
