Summary \n The Machine Operator for Bud's Goods of New Jersey is responsible planning, operating, and maintaining equipment at our facility in Linden, New Jersey. The primary operations of the facility will be the packaging of cannabis and cannabis products as a service to clients of the company. The Machine Operator is responsible for leading and organizing a team of packaging techs in support of day-to-day machine operations. \n\n The Machine Operator must be able to operate and oversee specialized automated packaging equipment and to keep the equipment clean and running efficiently at all times. This role's success relies heavily on the successful operation of the facility's automated packaging equipment, therefore an understanding of mechanical and electrical systems is required. \n\n The Machine Operator's goal is for total client satisfaction and works hard to always adhere to Bud's Goods' high standards for quality and service to our clients and the terms of our client agreements. Job Description Job Title: Machine Operator Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring high-quality production standards, and maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities • Blow all holes in buckets and nozzles to clear residue inside., • Load and wash all blown parts in the part washer., • Fill out all BOT related to each part and each work order., • Maintain tools and measuring instruments supplied by the company., • Maintain company production and quality standards., • Report unusual problems or conditions to the supervisor., • Observe company safety rules and regulations., • High School Diploma or GED equivalent., • Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation., • Ability to work overtime and occasional weekend shifts.
