The Clinical Manager is the person who manages all patient care services including planning, coordination, leading, controlling, and evaluation of home health services. This position requires visit patients at home, a strong understanding of home health, geriatrics, and pediatrics, and excellent organizational and communication skills. To succeed, you should have demonstrated knowledge and skill in current nursing practices and a strong penchant for solving problems. Responsibilities • Consults, plans, and works with Administrator, in policy formulation and programmatic development and implementation, including assessing adequate and appropriate staffing., • Evaluates the program, services, and field personnel., • Directs the implementation of service goals and objectives., • Oversees the implementation, and evaluation, of client care services inclusive of regulatory licensure and certification criteria and accreditation standards., • Ensures the development, implementation, and updates of the individualized plan of care., • Ability to step in and complete assessments and visits when needed., • OnCall Requirement, • Ensure follow the Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.Qualifications, • Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment, • Must have at least two years of homecare experience and, at least, one year of supervisory experience in a team leader role., • Strong leadership and organizational skills, • Valid drivers license, • First aid/CPR certification required, • Languages: Proficient in English and Spanish
