WeCare Private Duty Services is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. As an independently owned homecare agency, we are committed to providing top-quality services with empathy and professionalism to those who need assistance within the comfort of their own homes. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Answer and navigate incoming customer calls regarding service questions and general client concerns., • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers, while working to establish a positive rapport with every caller., • Update customer information in the customer service database after each call., • Work with the management team to stay up to date on customer needs., • Stay informed of any changes in company policies., • Impact the company's bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers., • Create and maintain client monthly master schedules in our system and master book., • On an on-going basis, assist in updating schedule changes., • Update Client Coverage Change Notification Form upon receipt., • Confirm all new referrals (i.e., fill-ins, new cases, etc.) with client and assure proper introductions are made., • Maintain a Daily Communications Log of all made and received calls., • Prepare and verify client unassigned coverage needs by generating daily coverage list., • Provide on-call services for after hours and weekend coverage., • Retrieve and respond to all Scheduling voicemail messages., • After hours scheduling coverage; must carry company phone and be available for customers., • Assist with other office duties/procedures as requested. QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or equivalent required., • Associates degree in business, home care or a related field preferred., • One to two years experience in scheduling, in-bound call customer service or any similar combination of education and experience., • Computer skills, required knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams)., • Congenial, motivated, and efficient in all office tasks., • Possesses exceptional listening and customer service skills., • Demonstrates ability to effectively communicate and interact with internal and external customers., • Exceptional organizational skills with consistent follow-up., • Willingness to learn., • Willingness to complete an 8 hour shift, in addition to on-call duties, as required., • Reliable transportation.
