Key Responsibilities · Supervise, support, and coach caregivers to ensure high-quality care delivery; implement corrective actions as needed in collaboration with HR. · Conduct in-home supervisory visits and performance evaluations in compliance with OAR requirements and agency standards. · Ensure care aligns with each client’s Service Plan, addressing ADL/IADL needs and adhering to all agency policies and procedures. · Maintain caregiver compliance by overseeing training, competency assessments, and accurate documentation. · Manage staffing and coverage issues: respond promptly to call-outs, coordinate replacements, and prevent service interruptions. · Ensure all documentation required for nursing delegations is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards.
