This position plays a meaningful role in supporting building awareness, prospect engagement, and administration of building relationships. The Experience Coordinator ensures a refined, white-glove prospect experience contributing to a culture relentlessly pursuing excellence and high standards. Requested Tasks: • Support leadership of the Residential and Club team, • Manage CRM and event platforms to track leads, RSVPs, attendance, and guest engagement, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and company policies, • Manage calendars and schedule meetings, private tours, events, and receptions with precision, • Confirm details with internal teams and external guests to ensure a seamless experience, • Anticipate scheduling changes and proactively resolve conflicts, • Coordinate event logistics, including timelines, vendor communication, and on-site support as needed, • Represent The Merchant Building with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, • Support the delivery of a refined, personalized, luxurious experience for all guests and partners, • Experience supporting leadership teams in a fast-paced, high-expectation, evolving environment, • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, event coordination, and competing priorities with precision, • Proficiency of event management tools and CRM systems, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-facing demeanor, • Highly proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented We take pride in our Guiding Principles to help define how we successfully work together.
