Join us and be part of a team where innovation meets craft and your work makes a difference. ????️ Opportunity Snapshot As Senior Manager, Sourcing, you will lead supplier strategy, contracting, and sourcing excellence across multiple categories that support EIS’s manufacturing and fulfillment operations. This is a high impact role designed for a results driven, analytical leader who thrives at the intersection of supply chain strategy, cost optimization, and cross functional collaboration. You will develop and implement sourcing frameworks that ensure a reliable, cost effective, and high quality supply base, strengthening operational performance, supporting gross margin goals, and mitigating supply risk across all business segments. ???? What You’ll Do • Build and execute sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, and delivery while aligning with company goals., • Identify, assess, and cultivate relationships with new and existing suppliers to support current operations and enable future business growth., • Establish sourcing policies, tools, and supplier standards that guide procurement operations. Collaborate with Operations and Fulfillment leaders to ensure buyers execute purchases within cost, quality, and risk parameters., • Lead contract negotiations to achieve cost savings and continuous improvement without compromising quality or service., • Define and track KPIs such as on time delivery, quality, and responsiveness. Lead supplier business reviews and corrective action initiatives., • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Project Management to ensure sourcing strategies align with production timelines and customer commitments., • Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect business continuity., • Standardize sourcing processes, documentation, and systems to enhance efficiency and scalability., • Coach, develop, and lead sourcing staff to strengthen analytical, negotiation, and supplier management capabilities. ✅ What You Need to Succeed • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field required. Master’s preferred., • Minimum 7 years of progressive sourcing or procurement experience within manufacturing, construction, or related industries. Experience with global suppliers preferred., • Direct experience in categories such as Commercial Furniture, Wood Fixtures, Cabinetry, Décor and Displays, or Stainless Steel Foodservice Equipment is a plus., • Oversees sourcing spend across multiple categories, manages an annual spend exceeding $50M, and leads a team of 2 to 4 direct reports., • Proven success developing supplier strategies that improve cost, quality, and delivery while supporting operational goals., • Strong analytical, financial, and negotiation skills with a data driven mindset., • Skilled in contract development, vendor performance tracking, and supplier relationship management., • Excellent communication and presentation abilities across all levels., • Highly collaborative, organized, and adaptable in a fast paced environment., • Proficiency with ERP systems and sourcing analytics platforms such as Epicor, SAP, or Power BI., • Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement orientation., • Willingness to travel up to 25 to 30 percent between EIS sites and supplier locations. ????
