Join our team as a Licensing Associate and play a key role in supporting our Employee Benefits, Retirement Services, Care Solutions, and Individual Life agent licensing channels. We are currently seeking Level I & II Representative experience. What You’ll Do • Request and review credit, criminal, regulatory, and license background reports based on contracting applications., • Analyze applications to identify adverse information and follow up with producers as needed., • Create and maintain producer records in our internal database and assign writing codes., • Organize and store all documentation, including applications, reports, and communications., • Respond to inquiries via our departmental call center and email inboxes., • Understand and support appointing and termination processes for individuals and business entities., • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, • Excellent communication and customer service skills, • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, • College Degree, • Experience in customer service, data entry, insurance, or licensing/compliance., • Familiarity with state licensing regulations, renewals, terminations, and compliance database management. Salary Band: 02B This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
